Keep the Date ("Keep the Date," "we," "us") provides appointment booking and text message reminder services to businesses. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.

Information we collect

• From visitors to our website: if you contact us, we receive your name, email address, and anything you choose to tell us.
• Through our service, on behalf of our business customers: appointment details (date, time, service), customer names, and mobile phone numbers that a business or its customers enter when booking, along with records of messages we send and receive.

How we use information

We use information to provide the booking and messaging services our business customers have asked us to provide, to respond to inquiries, to keep the service secure, and to meet legal obligations. When we handle customer data for a business, we do so on that business's behalf and under its instructions.

Text messaging

Mobile phone numbers and text message opt-in information are not sold, and are not shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. Text messages are sent only to people who have agreed to receive them. See our Text Messaging Terms for details, including how to opt out.

Who we share information with

We share information only with service providers who help us run the service, such as hosting, database, text messaging, and payment providers, and only as needed for them to do that work. We may also disclose information if required by law.

Retention and security

We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no system is completely secure.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete information we hold about you by emailing aiden@keepthedate.net. If your information was provided through a business that uses our service, we may direct your request to that business. You can stop text messages at any time by replying STOP.

Children

Our website and service are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes

We may update this policy and will post the new effective date here.
